Digital Screen Installations

The project was to install a new digital screen in the main reception to provide our clients tenants specific information and events taking place in the building including information on other building in the clients portfolio.

New data and electrical services

1. The wall was closed with no access to determine services enclosed in the wall
2. Following opening up the wall there was a large structural steel prohibiting the installation of a recess to house the new digital screen and associated services
3. A new design was developed to create a false wall to provide the space for the screen and data/electrical services
4. Tight space to work in limiting the amount of trades we could have working at any one time
5. Heavily used space by multiple tenants so all works out of normal office hours
6. Architectural floor so we couldn’t allow dust to settle on the floor
7. Work tent created around the space to capture dust and dirt
8. Multiple evenings/weekend so the space had to be set up daily along with deep clean after each shift

1. Building manager was delighted with the result
2. Tenants more engaged with our client on the services they provide
3. Due to the success the client is now looking at all building across their portfolio to check suitability to have more screen installed
